Alan Jaras is a British artist that has created these awesome photographs using light as the subject. He takes the light’s patterns, which come through a transparent object and captures the images on 35mm film without a lense (he uses the transparent object instead), and gets the light to pass through colored filters. This is what creates the brilliant light effects that resemble cosmic entities.
Impresss your girlfriend’s parents with this style statement that says, “Please. Please. Ask me about my watch. Jesus christ I spent 130 dollars on this thing so people would ask me about it.” Featuring a color scheme custom-designed by people who think A Space Odyssey 2001 was doing it all wrong, this watch also sports a classy silver wristband to fully inform your peers that you have the fashion sensibilities of a rhesus monkey. Not intended for actual telling of time. Only $130, comes with a lifetime of poorly hidden smirks.
